希望時間に合わせますが、魚種や季節によって釣れやすい時間帯があります。「お任せ」と言ってもらえれば、ベストな時間を提案します！

雨の日はどうなる？

多少の雨なら決行します！（ナマズは雨で活性が上がることも。）荒天が予想される場合は中止にしますが、その場合キャンセル料はかかりません。雨具があると快適です。

雷雨など危険な状況になったら安全を最優先に判断し、中断・中止する場合があります。料金は経過時間に応じてご案内しますので、ご安心ください。

五目釣りは道具・エサ全部込みなので、手ぶらで来てもらえればOK！ナマズ・ライトソルトもレンタルがあるので、道具を持っていなくても大丈夫です。予約時に「レンタル希望」と伝えてください。

レンタルの道具を壊したり、ルアーをなくしたら？

ルアーをロスト（根がかり等で紛失）した場合は1個につき1,500円をいただいています。道具の故意や明らかな不注意による破損は実費をご請求する場合があります。

どんな服装で行けばいい？

汚れてOKな動きやすい服と靴があればバッチリ。夏は日焼け止め・帽子、冬は防寒着をお忘れなく！夏場は熱中症対策も大切です。水分・塩分・ミネラルをこまめに補給してください。休憩が必要な時は遠慮なくお声がけください。

所要時間はどれくらい？

ナマズ釣りは3時間コース・6時間コースの2種類。五目釣り・ライトソルトは約3時間です。釣り場への移動〜釣り終了までがガイド時間になります。6時間コースで食事をとる場合、その時間もガイド時間に含まれます（持参・コンビニ購入・外食など自由）。

もちろん！竿の持ち方からキャストのコツまで、ゼロから丁寧にレクチャーします。

ベストシーズンはいつ？
+
ナマズなら4〜6月がアツい！数釣りが楽しめます。デカナマズ（70cm超）を狙うなら10〜11月が本番。五目釣りはエサ釣りなので年中釣れやすく、季節を選ばず楽しめます。ライトソルトは季節に応じて狙える魚が変わるので、その時期のベストをご案内します！

何人まで一緒に参加できる？

基本は1組最大3名。自分の車で釣り場まで来れるなら4名以上も相談OK！

もちろん！クーラーボックスと氷を持ってきてもらえれば持ち帰れます。

自然相手なので正直あり得ます。でも、ポイント選びと経験で全力サポートします！釣果保証はできませんが、楽しい時間は保証します。

安全に楽しんでいただけるよう、ガイドが常にサポートします。ガイドの指示や安全確認には必ずご協力ください。万が一、指示に従わなかった場合の事故については責任を負いかねます。

服装・健康状態について

動きやすい服装・滑りにくい靴でお越しください。持病や体調面で不安がある方は、必ず事前にお知らせください。当日の体調不良による参加は、ご自身の判断でお願いします。

天候・貴重品・緊急時

天候や自然環境の急変による事故には責任を負いません。貴重品の管理はご自身でお願いします。緊急時は救急機関へ連絡しますが、現場での対応には限界があります。

ガイドの故意・重過失を除き、事故やトラブルの責任は負いません。ご予約・ご参加をもって本注意事項に同意いただいたものとします。レジャー保険・旅行保険への加入を推奨します。

How do I book?

Send us a message via Instagram DM or email with your preferred date, time, number of guests, and plan. We'll get back to you ASAP. If you don't hear back in 2-3 days, please try emailing us.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 2 days before. Day before: 50% fee. Same day: 100% fee.

What's the best start time?
+
We'll work with your preference, but fish activity varies by species and season. Just say "you decide" and we'll suggest the best time!

What if it rains?
+
Light rain? We go! (Catfish are often more active in the rain.) If severe weather is expected, we'll cancel — no cancellation fee in that case. Rain gear recommended.

What if weather changes mid-trip?
+
If conditions become dangerous (e.g. thunderstorm), safety comes first — we may pause or end the trip early. Fees will be adjusted based on time elapsed, so no worries.

What if I break or lose rental gear?

Lost lures (e.g. snagged on rocks) are ¥1,500 per lure. Intentional or clearly negligent damage to gear may be charged at cost.

What should I wear?
+
Comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Sunscreen and hat in summer, warm layers in winter! In summer, stay on top of hydration and salt/mineral intake to prevent heatstroke. Don't hesitate to ask for a break anytime.

Essentials: Drinks and a towel. If you're not renting, bring your own tackle and lures.
Recommended: Sunscreen, hat/sunglasses, insect repellent, and a change of clothes (you may get wet). If you'd like to take your catch home, don't forget a cooler box with ice.

Catfish: 3-hour or 6-hour course. Multi-Species & Light Salt: ~3hrs. Guide time covers travel to the spot through end of fishing. If you'd like to eat during the 6-hour course, meal time is included in the guide hours (bring your own, grab something at a convenience store, or eat out — up to you).

Absolutely! We'll teach you everything from holding the rod to casting technique.

When's the best season?
+
For catfish, April–June is prime time for numbers. For trophy catfish (70cm+), October–November is the season. Multi-Species uses bait, so it's great year-round. Light Salt targets change by season — we'll guide you to whatever's biting best!

How many people can join?

Max 3 per group as standard. If you can drive to the fishing spot yourself, 4+ is negotiable!

Can I keep what I catch?

Of course! Bring a cooler box with ice and you can take your catch home.

Is it possible to catch nothing?
+
It's nature, so honestly — yes. But we'll do everything we can with smart spot selection and experience. We can't guarantee a catch, but we guarantee a great time!

Families are welcome! We provide life jackets. A parent/guardian must accompany children.

How do we get to the fishing spot?
+
Meet at Guesthouse NAMAZU, then Uchii drives you to the fishing spot. Pickup from a nearby station or airport may be available — feel free to ask!

Will you take photos?
+
We'll capture photos and videos when you land a fish! However, continuous video recording during fishing isn't possible as guiding takes priority.

Free parking is available at Guesthouse NAMAZU.

Are there restrooms?

There are no restrooms at the fishing spots. You'll need to use convenience store restrooms, which may not always be nearby — let us know early if you need a break. We recommend using the restroom before departure.

Wear comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes. If you have any medical conditions or health concerns, you must inform us before the trip. Participation while unwell is at your own discretion.

Weather, Valuables & Emergencies

We accept no liability for incidents caused by sudden weather or environmental changes. You are responsible for your own valuables. In an emergency, we will contact emergency services, but on-site response has limitations.

Liability & Insurance

The guide accepts no liability except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. By booking or participating, you agree to these terms. We strongly recommend purchasing leisure or travel insurance.

Photography

We'll take photos and videos when you catch a fish. However, continuous video recording during fishing is not possible as guiding takes priority.
